New Scooters 4 Less operates in Gainesville, FL, and offers motor scooters, parts, accessories, and related services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, purchases, and interactions with our shop.
2. Use of Website
- The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only.
- You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website’s functionality.
- All website content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by NS4L, vendors, or our partners and may not be used without permission.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.
- All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout unless financing or a payment plan is approved in advance. On motor scooters, the website will collect a deposit. This will be applied to the full purchase price of the scooter. We will contact you directly to collect the balance owed.
- Taxes, fees, and additional charges may apply.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Scooters: All sales are final. Once a deposit is made through this website, it is not refundable. All scooters come with their manufacturer’s warranty.
- E-Scooters and Onewheels: All sales are final. Once a payment is made through this website, it is not refundable. All e-scooters or Onewheels come with their manufacturer’s warranty. These are handled directly through the manufacturer and you are responsible for shipping and handling to that respective manufacturer for any warranty repairs.
- Parts and Accessories: There are no refunds on scooters, parts, or accessories. We may allow exchanges, not returns, on some accessories within 30 days as long as they are in the original packaging.
- Service Work: We do not offer refunds on labor charges but will work to resolve any service issues to your satisfaction.
- Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
5. Service Appointments
- Service appointments are scheduled based on availability.
- Customers must provide accurate information about their scooters to ensure proper service.
- NS4L is not responsible for delays caused by parts availability or unforeseen issues.
6. Warranties
- New Scooters: Warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms.
- Used Scooters: Sold “as-is” unless otherwise specified.
- Repairs: NS4L guarantees its repair work for 30 days from the date of service for issues directly related to the work performed. Should an issue arise after we repair your scooter, please call us and let us know immediately. If you wait past this 30-day timeframe to make us aware of an issue, we will not be able to cover anything under warranty (unless the scooter is still covered under its manufacturer’s warranty).
7. Liability
- NS4L is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of scooters purchased or serviced by us.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they comply with local laws and regulations, including licensing and registration requirements.

9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
