The G400C Motorcycle is the first in a line of motorcycles that you will be very proud to represent in your market. Genuine is bringing the same high quality, lifestyle vibe, and commitment to motorcycles that you and your customers have grown accustomed to from Genuine over the past 15 years.
The G400C is a classic “thumper” single cylinder/dual exhaust port powerhouse. It has a 400C, 26.15HP 4-valve fuel injected engine with a 5-speed transmission, featuring both electric and kick start functionality. It is lightweight, retro-styled and fun and easy to ride. Its classic design can easily be customized to make the ride as unique as the rider!
With its powerful 400cc engine, Genuine’s motorcycle greatly outperforms other lower displacement entry level motorcycles on the market. It is small enough for a beginner, yet large enough for a seasoned rider to enjoy for years to come. It is the perfect machine for an experienced scooter rider transitioning to a motorcycle. And while the weight and maneuverability are perfect in an urban environment, the G400C’s power and comfort allow for long weekender trips.
Some things to keep in mind:
- If your motorcycle is being operated in a dusty area, the air cleaner needs to be cleaned more frequently.
- If the odometer reads more than the max given value, the maintenance period will still repeat as per the mile intervals below.
- The adjustment of the timing chain and valve clearance should only be done by NS4L!

The Genuine G400C Classic Motorcycle comes with a 2 year or 24,000 mile limited warranty. Awwww yea 
The motorcycle’s battery and frame are covered for 2 years and all components of the motorcycle are warranted to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for 1 year, without mileage restriction!
If you take care of your motorcycle, we will take care of you. Yes… unfortunately, motorcycles are not magical machines that don’t require maintenance (yet!). You have to bring the motorcycle in for maintenance according to its maintenance schedule. Failure to do so will void the warranty. We won’t be able to cover any damage caused by you dropping the motorcycle or running over a nail and getting a flat tire. Damage caused by you will have to be repaired at your expense. Remember, many gas pumps look alike, so don’t put diesel fuel in your motorcycle [Yes! It happens!] This would be considered damage by you and would not be covered under warranty. Did a tree just fall on your motorcycle? We are so sorry. That really [REALLY] bites. We can’t control nature so that would not be covered under warranty. [Yes! This has happened too!] If a tree does crush your motorcycle, PLEASE take a photo of it and send it to us, because that is something CrAzY and we would want to see it! Then come on in to the shop and we will help you create a [Insert Your Name Here]’s Motorcycle Crushed By Tree Fund and try to help you raise money for another motorcycle (because that is what family is for).
So let’s summarize this warranty stuff… If it is something that is defective from the manufacturer, we will replace the part(s) for free and get you fixed up again. The labor to complete the repair will be covered under warranty as well.
