- Schedule the Big Day: We’ll pencil you in for a pick-up appointment, which could be as soon as the next business day (or whenever suits your fancy).
- Scooter School: On your pick-up day, we’ll spend 30 glorious minutes together, teaching you everything you need to know about your new ride. After that, you’re free to scoot into the sunset.
Can I buy a scooter online?

- Reserve Your Ride: Place a deposit online. Don’t worry—this goes toward your total payment, so you’re not paying extra.

- Paperwork, Schmaperwork: We handle all that via DocuSign, so no need to sharpen a pencil. If you’re in a rush to get scootin’, we can prepare the paperwork ahead of time for you to sign in person at pick-up.

- Flexible Pick-Up: We’ll let you schedule your pick-up for a future date—months in advance, if needed. Your scooter will be ready and waiting when you arrive!
How do I schedule my scooter pick-up / lesson?
After you’ve done the paperwork dance (online or in person), we’ll send you a link to our secret calendar. You get to pick the day and time that works best for you. You’re the boss. Just remember: on pick-up day, you’ll also get a quick 30-minute scooter crash course (without the crashing part).
What should I bring with me when I come to pick up my scooter?

We also recommend coming in 30 minutes before your appointment to try on helmets and pick out additional accessories. You can also fast-track the process by purchasing your accessories through our website, and we will have them set aside and ready for you!
