A few months ago, I interviewed Sean for a position as a tech assistant in our service department.  When I saw him, I said… “Hey! I’ve met with you before, right?”  I had recognized him from applying with us once before.  I love persistence and during this second interview with me I asked, “So…  why didn’t I hire you the first time?” in which he replied, “I’m not sure!”  Anyway…  Sean rocked it this second time around and I love people that keep coming back and don’t give up because things don’t go as expected for them the first time.  So he got the job!  Mad respect!  🙂
