I’ll come out and say it… one of the most difficult positions in the entire dealership (and subsequently, one of the most difficult positions to fill) is the role of Service Writer. These team members have constant contact with our customers, their parents, our technicians and sales staff, and me (of course ☺)… If you can imagine opening Google Chrome and having 10 tabs open, that’s pretty much how their minds have to work. It’s tough sometimes to Stay Calm & Scoot On in that kind of stressful environment AND constantly deliver the UCE, but if you’re like Brandon, having previous experience working at a certain fast-food chicken joint known for customer service probably helps! He is an absolute rock star with an amazing dedication to treating our customers right and I couldn’t be more excited to watch him continue to grow with our NS4L family!
