We’ve made some changes…

At NS4L our #1 Core Value is to provide our customers with the ULTIMATE Customer Experience (UCE). We want your experience with us to be beyond what you would receive anywhere else and that is where we utilize our other core values for guidance. Namely, Core Value #4 – Embrace and Shape Change.
For the month of February, our WALK-IN services will be LIMITED to Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.

We want to better serve our customers by providing timely service on scooter repairs, so we will close the Service
Department to walk-in services on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Not only will this allow our service team to focus all resources on the repair line, but it will ensure that your scooters get back to you quicker when the service volume is high.

Typical walk-in services include:

    • Oil and Gear Oil Changes
    • 2 Stroke Oil Top Offs
    • Idle Adjustments
    • Replacements of Bulbs, Tires, Horns, Blinkers, and Fuel Filters
    • Spark Plugs
    • Scooter Derestriction
    • Tightening of Brakes
    • Kickstand and Center Stand Replacements
