This means that you will need to set an appointment to buy a new scooter, pick up your scooter from storage, or schedule a walk-in service such as an oil change. The simplest and quickest way to complete your scooter purchase transaction is to place a deposit on the available scooter of your choice through this website and a team member will reach out to you within 2 business days to complete the next steps. We can do all of your scooter paperwork 100% electronically and then schedule an appropriate time for you to pick up your scooter.
If you need your scooter repaired, please know that we are already at capacity. We are working as efficiently as possible given the circumstances of 2020. Please get on our service waiting list at fixmyscoot.com. We will contact you when we can service your scooter and help make arrangements to bring it in.
